What You Bring
The role is based in an outdoor and industrial setting where employees encounter moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels while performing physically active tasks. Successful candidates must complete a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check; certain positions may require ongoing FMCSA‑regulated drug and alcohol testing. • Ability to work safely and follow established procedures. • Capability to perform physically active tasks in outdoor and industrial settings. • Willingness to learn and operate various tools and equipment. • Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability.
