About the Role
The D365 Program Manager will lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Asia region, ensuring the solution aligns with the global blueprint while meeting local business and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates regional project planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, risk and change management, and oversees go‑live and post‑implementation support. • Define and manage the regional project scope, ensuring alignment with the global D365 blueprint while addressing local business needs and regulatory requirements. • Develop detailed regional project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget, in coordination with global project leadership. • Act as the primary point of contact for regional business stakeholders, IT teams, and third parties. • Facilitate effective communication channels between regional teams and the global PMO, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Manage expectations and secure buy‑in from regional leadership and end‑users. • Lead and motivate the regional project team, including functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts. • Ensure appropriate allocation and utilisation of regional resources, managing performance and development. • Identify, assess, and mitigate regional project risks such as data migration challenges, integration complexities, and local regulatory hurdles. • Manage and resolve regional issues, escalating to global leadership when necessary. • Oversee regional change management activities, including user adoption strategies, training, and communication plans. • Monitor and control the regional project budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. • Ensure the quality of regional deliverables, including solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation, meeting global standards and local expectations. • Configure the D365 solution to meet all regional legal, tax, and industry‑specific compliance requirements. • Manage localisation efforts such as language packs, regional reporting, and specific business processes. • Coordinate regional go‑live activities, ensuring readiness and minimal disruption to business operations. • Oversee regional hyper‑care and transition to ongoing support, gathering feedback and addressing initial post‑implementation issues.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a regional ERP implementation role, preferably with Dynamics 365, and possess strong communication, organizational and leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is an advantage. • Previous experience of an ERP implementation (Dynamics preferable) but other ERPs considered e.g. SAP/Oracle etc. • Minimum of 5 years working in a regional role. • Excellent oral and written communications and organizational skills. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean language proficiency would be an advantage.
