About the Role

• Supervise daily Front Office operations. • Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out and support front desk staff with inquiries. • Greet and welcome owners and guests upon arrival. • Register guests in the system, verifying reservations, addresses, and credit information. • Promote Hilton Grand Vacation services and recognize member benefits. • Train and direct new department team members. • Ensure Front Office quality standards, policies, and procedures are applied consistently. • Provide ongoing training and support to the team. • Maintain a house bank, make daily deposits, and generate accurate receipt reports. • Oversee accurate registration and check‑out sequences for guests. • Assign tasks to subordinates related to credit, missing addresses, registration cards, posting charges, and desk organization. • Maintain a daily log of guest opportunities with corrective action steps. • Follow up on unresolved situations promptly and communicate to managers/supervisors. • Maintain regular attendance per company standards.

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED required. • Prior related experience required. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. • Capability to build and interpret business communications and reports. • Basic mathematical skills. • Strong problem‑solving and judgment in guest and business situations. • Excellent interpersonal and service skills. • Ability to resolve conflict, think quickly, influence, and mentor others. • Associate’s degree or college education preferred. • Three or more years of related experience preferred. • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
