About the Role

The role involves inspecting incoming parts, setting up and adjusting equipment for proper powder‑coat application, inspecting completed parts, wrapping finished components when needed, performing daily preventative maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. • Inspect incoming parts • Apply and verify powder‑coat technique and quality • Set up and operate machines • Adjust equipment for proper paint paths and material thickness • Inspect completed parts • Wrap finished components when required • Perform daily preventative maintenance (clean paint booths, spray guns, lines) • Keep work area clean and organized • Make decisions and solve problems analytically • Sit or stand for up to 95 % of work hours • Work in environments with seasonal temperature extremes, dust, and chemical fumes
