About the Role

A Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous service to customers. The role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity. The analyst ensures compliance with safety policies, analyzes daily route information, and implements changes to improve routing efficiency and accuracy using an internal platform. They leverage routing system visibility to respond to same‑day changes and plan for next‑day service needs. Routes are closed on time by verifying data accuracy, and the analyst proactively resolves issues that arise while trucks are in transit. They manage driver safety, collect and interpret logistics data, and maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor progress and address performance concerns. Customer experience duties include courteous interaction, ensuring routes meet hours‑of‑service and weight compliance, and prioritizing promises made to customers.
