Compensation ranges from $30 to $45 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, one week of vacation, and accrued sick time. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with completion of a union, private, military, or trade‑school apprenticeship preferred. A minimum of four years’ journey‑level experience as a mechanical piping insulator in commercial, facilities, government, military, or large‑scale construction settings is required. All candidates must present proof of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire and successfully complete a drug screening, commercial criminal background check, and a stricter Department of Defense background check for site access. • Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; apprenticeship preferred • 4+ years journey‑level experience as a mechanical piping insulator, preferably in government or large commercial construction • Must provide identity, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug screening and background checks, including DOD clearance
