About the Role
The role supports a team of Property Managers by handling administrative tasks, tenant service requests, and the preparation of various operational and financial reports. Responsibilities also include assisting with budget preparation, billing adjustments, and maintaining accurate property documentation and filing systems. • Ensure financial controls, monitor and report expenditures. • Coordinate property documents, including memoranda, letters, and monthly reports. • Manage tenant service requests and route calls to service technicians. • Compile and maintain lease abstracts, vendor insurance certificates, and service agreements. • Develop and maintain filing and tracking systems for property reports. • Assist Property Managers with annual budget preparation and monthly billing adjustments. • Administer property accounting reports and process vendor, RE Tax, and other invoices. • Organize meetings, handle site reservations, and prepare necessary materials. • Oversee copying, faxing, mail distribution, and office supply management.

What You Bring
• Require 3–4 years of related experience, Bachelor’s degree or GED, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, proofreading, and effective communication skills. • Possess a valid real‑estate license where required for property management.
