About the Role

As the Industrial Wastewater Project Manager you will lead, direct, develop, and market projects that involve planning, design, and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will also be responsible for directing project staff, managing proposals, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role requires comprehensive project and task management, complex process engineering, data collection and analysis, and the preparation of design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications for treatment facilities. • Lead and direct industrial water and wastewater projects, overseeing planning, design, and construction administration. • Manage project staff, develop proposals, and support marketing initiatives. • Conduct complex process engineering and produce design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans/specifications. • Collect, analyze, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums. • Coordinate design/build efforts where applicable.

What You Bring

Strong oral and written communication, listening, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, and experience with design/build projects is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include a PE license, a Master’s degree, PMP certification, and extensive experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater system planning and design, as well as a technical background in process design of industrial organic treatment facilities. Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least seven years of relevant experience, a minimum of two years in project management, and the ability to collaborate with design teams while demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills. • Demonstrate strong oral, written, and listening communication skills with effective leadership and organization. • Hold a PE license (preferred), Master's degree, and PMP certification. • Bring at least seven years of related experience, including two years of project management. • Possess experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater system planning and design. • Have a technical background in process design of industrial organic wastewater treatment facilities. • Exhibit business development and strategic planning abilities within industrial facility environments. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams while handling multiple assignments.
