About the Role

In this role you will perform general routine office duties for Operations & Maintenance contract sites, following standard procedures and specific instructions. Tasks may include typing, file maintenance, operating office equipment, and answering telephones. You will maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by opening and closing work orders, tracking equipment status, managing the work‑order backlog, inventory, and purchasing modules, and creating equipment history databases. You will also manage on‑site filing systems for training records, subcontract data, and maintenance records, provide telephone coverage, follow call routing procedures, prepare monthly reports and customer presentations, and coordinate repair requests. • Perform routine office tasks such as typing, filing, and operating office equipment. • Answer incoming calls and provide telephone coverage following established procedures. • Maintain and operate the CMMS, creating, opening, and closing work orders. • Track equipment status, manage inventory and purchasing modules, and maintain equipment history. • Coordinate repair and service requests and generate customer tracking reports. • Prepare monthly reports and customer presentations. • Manage on‑site filing systems for training records, subcontractor data, and maintenance records. • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to interdepartmental inquiries.

What You Bring

The position can be hybrid but requires the ability to work on‑site in Detroit, MI or Madison Heights, MI.
