Operations Lead - Data Center (Project & Cost Management)

About the Role

The role, located in the Real Estate department, focuses on leading the planning, coordination and execution of civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS, and IT systems for large‑scale infrastructure projects, primarily data centres. • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities across civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS, and IT systems. • Establish and monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans. • Review designs to ensure multidisciplinary integration and compliance with data‑center standards and regulations. • Supervise daily operations, oversee vendor teams, and act as escalation point for infrastructure issues. • Monitor site progress, enforce quality standards, safety compliance, and resource utilization. • Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery. • Identify risks, manage change orders, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. • Provide regular updates on project status, cost variances, and operational performance to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• 18–23 years of experience in project management, cost management, and large‑scale infrastructure (preferably data centres). • Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction/Project Management. • Proven track record delivering data‑center projects. • Strong knowledge of cost consultancy practices and MEP systems. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or equivalents. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
