About the Role

As a Data Entry Billing Clerk you will develop new skills, work in a safety‑minded environment, and help expand technology for a better community while providing the highest level of service to customers and communities. The Data Entry Billing Clerk performs clerical work reviewing, processing, and maintaining accounting and construction‑related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of subcontractors. This role also supports document preparation, records management, and other related duties as required. • Collaborate with regional management, project managers, and accounting to support varied tasks. • File and maintain office documents both physically and electronically. • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors. • Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals before processing. • Enter invoices daily with correct approvals and process 2‑ and 3‑way purchase orders. • Act as primary liaison between internal and external customers to resolve invoice issues. • Prepare and manage documents and records accurately.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have three or more years of clerical experience, a track record of high‑quality work, and strong computer and business‑software skills. They excel at problem solving, time management, multitasking, and accurate data verification and reporting. • Minimum three years of clerical experience with high‑quality work output. • Strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on work approach. • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and business software. • Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
