About the Role
The float position works two shift options—10 am to 6 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm—and requires availability every other weekend. Staff members float to support various shifts based on community needs, ensuring coverage where it’s most needed. • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility • Provide companionship and emotional support • Serve meals and create a warm dining experience • Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties • Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs

What You Bring
• Communicate kindly with residents and families • Age 18 or older • CNA experience preferred; IA certification a plus • CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain • Prior caregiving or assisted‑living experience preferred • Comfortable floating between shifts and tasks
