About the Role
The Strategy Analyst works directly with the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer to turn strategic priorities into structured plans, clear governance and disciplined execution. The role bridges strategy and transformation delivery, providing analytical support, light project management and administrative coordination so the CSTO can focus on strategic leadership. Key responsibilities include maintaining visibility of enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives, tracking progress against milestones, highlighting risks or conflicts and supporting prioritisation based on demand, capacity and alignment. The analyst also designs and operates light‑touch governance, coordinates forum agendas, documents decisions and ensures actions have clear owners and timelines. • Track and report on strategic initiatives, milestones, and outcomes. • Identify and escalate risks, slippage, or priority conflicts. • Coordinate strategy governance forums, agendas, decisions, and action logs. • Produce concise briefings, slide decks, and summaries for senior leaders. • Synthesize data from multiple sources into decision‑ready insights. • Facilitate information flow between the CSTO, strategy team and other functions. • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to tracking and reporting. • Structure ambiguous problems into clear questions, options, and actions. • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesise information from multiple sources and produce concise, decision‑ready outputs. A degree or equivalent, combined with a background in strategy, consulting, business analysis or PMO, strong organisational, communication and detail‑orientation skills, and the capacity to manage parallel workstreams are essential.
