About the Role

In this role you will participate in month-end, mid-year and year-end close cycles, prepare journal entries and balance-sheet reconciliations, and produce monthly financial reporting packages (HFM) while analyzing balance-sheet and P&L variances with business partners. You will own key account reconciliations, ensure audit readiness, investigate and resolve intercompany transactions, and support internal and external audit processes with schedules, analysis and documentation. Additionally, you will lead finance-transformation projects focused on automation, simplification and standardisation of accounting processes, build scalable internal controls, and gain exposure to IFRS technical accounting and policy development. The position utilizes ERP and analytics tools such as Oracle, SAP, HFM, Tableau and Alteryx, and contributes to scaling finance for a business experiencing double-digit growth, including digital and recurring-revenue models. You will join a globally empowered finance team spanning four global hubs and collaborate with leaders who treat finance as a strategic partner. • Manage month‑end, mid‑year and year‑end close cycles, journal entries and balance‑sheet reconciliations. • Prepare monthly HFM reporting packages and analyze balance‑sheet and P&L variances. • Own key account reconciliations, ensure audit readiness and support internal/external audits. • Resolve intercompany transactions and optimise global cash flows. • Lead automation, simplification and standardisation projects for accounting processes. • Build and document scalable internal controls; contribute to IFRS policy development. • Support finance scaling for double‑digit growth and digital/recurring‑revenue models.

What You Bring

The Associate Controller role is offered as a hybrid position (2–3 days per week in the office) located in either Nashville, TN, or Boston, MA. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a CPA or MBA, at least three years of relevant accounting experience (including public accounting), a strong technical and analytical foundation, clear communication skills and a proactive work style. Preferred qualifications are experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, HFM, etc.), five or more years of accounting experience in global or matrixed environments, and a demonstrated interest in systems, process improvement and data. • Use ERP and analytics tools: Oracle, SAP, HFM, Tableau, Alteryx. • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA or MBA, 3+ years accounting experience, strong technical/analytical skills, clear communication, proactive style. • Preferred qualifications: ERP experience, 5+ years in global/matrix environments, interest in systems/process improvement and data.

For this U.S.-based, full-time position the compensation range is $101,600 – $152,400 per year, encompassing base salary and a short-term incentive. Pay within the range is individualized based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience and education.
