About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative role focuses on generating profitable business across the equipment portfolio of the assigned profit center. What You Bring
Candidates must have a 4‑year degree or several years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Strong project‑management, new‑business development, communication, negotiation, and computer skills are essential; knowledge of ground‑protection or construction equipment and Spanish language ability are pluses. • 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • 21 years of age • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Solid computer skills • Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting pay varies based on location, education, training, and experience.
