About the Role
The role plans, coordinates, and supervises field operations, providing technical direction while ensuring safety, cost control, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work, including self‑performed tasks. • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material resources to meet project goals. • Develop and manage the construction plan with the project manager for successful execution. • Align internal and subcontractor schedules, providing monthly updates. • Optimize workflow to maximize production across all trades. • Lead development of the CPM schedule with superintendents and the project manager. • Oversee procurement to ensure alignment with the CPM schedule. • Manage punch‑list completion and schedule start‑up and commissioning activities. • Participate in business development proposals and presentations. • Interpret and apply prime contract terms, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders. • Occasionally climb stairs or ladders and lift, push, or pull objects. • Maintain compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
What You Bring
• Minimum 10 years of construction project supervision experience. • Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience on projects exceeding $200 million in size. • Wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., steel‑toe shoes, hard hat). • Frequently reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, bend, and use hands to handle objects. • Communicate via phone, computer, or email and interact with people throughout the shift.
