About the Role

• Assist in banking and cash management functions, handling 20+ bank accounts, arranging funding, tracking repayments, reconciliations, and ledger entries. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash/loan journal entries in Peoplesoft according to JLL’s close calendar. • Collaborate with JLL Accounting to resolve out-of-balance loan amounts. • Record additional monthly journal entries for equity receipts in line with the close calendar. • Provide employee loan data to the CFO quarterly for Black‑Scholes calculations. • Serve as a reference on employee co‑investment accounting. • Administer the program: capital calls, distributions, interest and NAV calculations, and quarterly/year‑end reporting. • Book quarterly interest accruals and share balance information with relevant teams. • Manage relationships and approval processes with internal lenders and corporate entities. • Ensure timely, accurate information on the Employee Investor Portal. • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, reconciliations, analyses, and program‑specific reports. • Support launch of new co‑investment opportunities. • Act as primary contact for employee inquiries, manage dedicated inbox, and issue company‑wide communications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field. • 1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferred). • CA/CPA designation (preferred). • High energy, accountability, proactive initiative. • Strong ethics, confidentiality, and integrity. • Collaborative, able to build and sustain internal and external relationships. • Detail‑oriented, accurate, highly organized multi‑tasker. • Ability to understand accounting systems and adopt technology initiatives. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
