What You Bring
We’re on the lookout for skilled residential HVAC Service Technicians who want to join a culture built on teamwork, respect, and legendary service. As an HVAC Service Tech at Fix‑It 24/7, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate clear solutions while recommending upgrades for comfort and efficiency. We seek candidates with at least two years of residential HVAC service experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record, along with a customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills. Sales or upselling experience is a plus. • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience • EPA Certification required • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record • Ability to pass background & drug screening • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills • Sales/upselling experience a plus
