About the Role

The analyst will develop and support Fusion PTF Manufacturing and Planning solutions, configure and test system enhancements, and provide user training. They will implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment, and monitor performance to ensure high availability after go‑live. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, Solution Architects, and Edge application groups is essential, along with mentorship of junior staff and adherence to project timelines. • Develop and support Fusion PTF Manufacturing and Planning processes. • Configure, test, and train users on Oracle Fusion solutions. • Implement DevOps strategies to streamline development, testing, and deployment. • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability post‑go‑live. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, Solution Architects, and Edge applications. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce support tickets and automate manual tasks. • Follow JCI Major Incident management process for critical issues (P1/P2).

Johnson Controls is hiring an Oracle Fusion Plan to Fulfill (PTF) Manufacturing Functional Analyst for its Bangalore office. The role requires 6–8 years of experience and focuses on Supply Chain, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing modules, as well as month‑end close processes and DevOps methodologies. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems and possess 6–8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERP, particularly in Plan to Fulfill, Costing, and Manufacturing. Strong functional configuration skills, the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences, and excellent written and verbal communication are required. Organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize in high‑pressure environments are also essential. Preferred qualifications include Oracle Cloud certifications, experience with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of additional Oracle modules, especially Fusion Manufacturing and Planning. Demonstrated expertise in driving continuous improvement, automating manual activities, and reducing support tickets is valued. • Possess 6–8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS, specifically PTF, Costing, and Manufacturing. • Expertise in functional configuration of Oracle Fusion for small‑ and large‑scale initiatives. • Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. • Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications, Agile methodology experience, knowledge of additional Oracle modules.
