About the Role
In this role you will assist the consulting team on client assignments, conduct market research, perform financial analysis, write reports, create presentations, and participate in meetings. You will also support the preparation of client pitches and proposals, contribute to research and go-to-market initiatives, and may travel within the region as required. Reporting is to the Operations Lead – Consulting and the respective assignment leads. • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare reports and presentations. • Support client pitch and proposal development. • Contribute to research and go‑to‑market initiatives, with regional travel as needed. • Report regularly to Operations Lead – Consulting and assignment leads. • Work on‑site in Gurugram, HR, 40 hours per week.

What You Bring
The position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Candidates must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel modeling, possess good report‑writing skills, and communicate complex ideas clearly in English. We prefer candidates with 2–3 years of professional experience in market research, feasibility studies, or financial analysis within the real‑estate sector, and a graduate degree in any discipline (post‑graduate in Real Estate/Finance is a plus). The role is based on‑site in Gurugram, HR, with a 40‑hour workweek. • Demonstrate strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and organizational abilities. • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel modeling. • Write clear reports and communicate complex ideas effectively in English. • Possess 2–3 years of experience in real‑estate market research or financial analysis. • Hold a graduate degree; post‑graduate in Real Estate or Finance is preferred.
