About the Role

You will work in a multi‑skilled role performing daily maintenance duties as part of our planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programme. Tasks include plumbing (qualification beneficial but not essential), light electrical work such as changing fixtures and bulbs, carpentry, ironmongery, and general wear‑and‑tear repairs. You will also carry out temperature checks, emergency light inspections and planned upgrade works to maintain a safe environment. Normal hours are 8:00 am‑5:00 pm Monday‑Friday, with the option to join an on‑call rota for extra earnings and urgent repairs. • Perform planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) across NHS and other facilities. • Carry out reactive repairs including plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, and ironmongery. • Conduct temperature checks, emergency light inspections, and upgrade works.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has previous experience in plumbing repairs and/or planned maintenance, preferably gained within an NHS environment, though experience in commercial property maintenance is also considered. Holding a relevant plumbing qualification is advantageous. • Ideal candidates have plumbing repair experience and preferably a plumbing qualification, preferably within NHS or commercial property maintenance.
