About the Role

Management of the implementation of a quality management system and its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements is central to the role. It engages with business stakeholders to manage compliance, supporting a resilient business that manages risks effectively, and acts as a key enabler to change and business improvement. You’ll be responsible for delivering delegated elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget, managing external certification audits, facilitating internal audits, leading audit reporting, conducting root‑cause analysis of non‑conformances, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. You will also coordinate management system reviews, drive efficiency through new processes, produce quality reports and communications, support management reviews with data analysis, develop and deliver training, monitor supply‑chain performance, and contribute to net‑zero carbon transition initiatives. • Deliver delegated elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget. • Manage and facilitate external certification audits. • Organise and conduct internal audits, leading audit reporting. • Perform root‑cause analysis of non‑conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Review and improve management system content and processes. • Identify and implement efficiency‑driving systems and innovations. • Produce accurate quality reports and communication materials within agreed timelines. • Collate, analyse, and present data for management reviews, providing recommendations. • Develop and deliver training programs. • Monitor and support supplier QMS capabilities through training, guidance, and audits. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing associated emissions.
