About the Role
• Design and produce property marketing packages such as flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, and proposals. • Customize marketing materials to meet client and property‑specific needs. • Prepare brokers for presentations and client meetings. • Manage online property listings across platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimization. • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours for listed properties. • Develop and track email campaigns promoting listings. • Order leasing signs and other on‑site branded materials. • Maintain social‑media presence, creating and scheduling posts highlighting listings, market trends, and team achievements. • Update website content, including property pages and blog posts. • Research market trends, comparable properties, and demographics to inform marketing strategies. • Provide brokers with up‑to‑date market data and analytics. • Assist in planning and promoting brokerage‑related events. • Coordinate event logistics and materials. • Maintain a database of marketing assets and property data. • Track project timelines to ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on schedule. • Process commission vouchers for brokerage teams. • Support special projects from other marketing areas as needed.

The ideal candidate is laser‑focused on delivering best‑in‑class marketing materials and results to brokers and clients on or ahead of schedule. This role supports the brokerage team by creating high‑quality collateral, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders. Success in this position requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Marketing Associate will also contribute to special projects and help maintain the overall effectiveness of the marketing function. • College degree preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting multiple people, preferably in commercial real estate or professional services. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
