About the Role

The Project & Development Services role supports cost management and procurement activities, including tender preparation, supplier onboarding, contract administration and invoice processing, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. • Assist in tender pricing, cost estimations, and quotation sourcing. • Evaluate contracts/sub‑contracts and manage contracts administration with clients and vendors. • Procure project goods/services via JLL’s cloud‑based platform and onboard/pre‑qualify vendors. • Prepare and process client and vendor invoices, issue purchase orders, and verify supplier payments. • Maintain cost monitoring, reporting systems, and compile Bills of Quantity for tender submissions. • Negotiate prices with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve risk‑assessed solutions. • Liaise with engineers, architects, designers, owners, and contractors on cost‑estimate adjustments. • Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a relevant degree or diploma and have three to five years of quantity surveying or cost consultancy experience, particularly in interior fit-out projects, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and digital platforms. • Hold a degree or diploma in a relevant field with 3‑5 years QS/Cost Consultancy experience. • Experience in pre‑construction and construction phases of interior fit‑out projects. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology platforms. • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. • High attention to detail, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
