About the Role
We are recruiting for an Account Support Coordinator in Redditch. The role focuses on planning a high volume of inspections generated by the client and delivering them within timelines. It supports the account management team to meet contract performance and KPIs. In this position you will review client‑initiated planned activity, coordinate approvals with branch managers and tenants, and manage the overall planning process. You will act as the client’s escalation point, ensure service‑level agreements are met, and monitor outstanding volumes and tasks. You will also foster relationships with client representatives, chase and resolve issues, and communicate between the client and Arcus. You will assist the wider team with system and data changes during peak demand, help produce reports on quote and supplier spend, identify trends such as failed visits and propose corrective actions, and provide monthly breakdowns of planned works. What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong analytical, organisational and numeracy skills are required, together with the ability to prioritise workload and communicate effectively at all levels.
