About the Role
The position is a senior‑level administrative specialist who supports departmental managers with advanced clerical duties and helps coordinate daily operations. The role requires minimal supervision, handling complex tasks, troubleshooting safety and service issues, and acting as a liaison between supervisors, customers, and staff. • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers. • Create, distribute, and close customer tickets on a daily basis. • Maintain and share department‑related information and reports. • Communicate with supervisors, managers, customers, and employees about operations, service issues, scheduling, and dispatch. • Use software tools for procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor management. • Assist with data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs. • Process payments and other financial tasks as needed. • Support implementation of operational projects and initiatives. • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily.
