About the Role

The role operates in a hybrid setting, combining office tasks—such as using computers, phones, and copy machines—with extensive field activity, including travel to customer sites and interaction with frontline workers. • Onboard, coach, mentor, and manage performance of drivers and helpers in the field. • Deliver daily tools, instruction, and feedback to new frontline employees. • Hold regular onboarding meetings and maintain consistent communication touchpoints. • Review best practices and support employee career goal development. • Identify improvement opportunities, collaborate on solutions, and provide coaching feedback. • Lead safety initiatives, conduct root‑cause investigations, and ensure retraining after incidents. • Document and maintain regulatory records (DOT), audit route operation logs, driver attendance, and ticketing. • Visit customer sites to evaluate safety issues and recommend service alternatives.
