About the Role

The role is responsible for delivering project management services within an assigned geographic market, program, or client account to support the company's strategic business objectives. Key delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management. The incumbent will oversee the financial performance of markets, programs, and client accounts, handling budgeting, actual results, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities also include billing with proper documentation for revenue recognition, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing allocation, and delivering a full P&L to EBITDA before allocations. Regular interaction with clients ensures that goals and objectives are established and achieved. The role develops and implements action plans to correct variances, anticipates client needs, and responds to concerns. The position manages and leads project management staff in the market, ensuring understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures. It includes formal supervision of employees and subordinate supervisors, tracking performance, coaching, training, motivation, and responsibility for hiring, termination, compensation, and performance evaluations. The role drives new business growth and maintains existing relationships, leading business pursuits, integrating with other CBRE lines, and cross‑selling services within the assigned market or client account to achieve strategic objectives. The incumbent is responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout, monitoring adherence to internal governance and control policies. Accurate, timely, and complete reports are prepared for both the client and the company. • Manage financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, billing, AR collection, expense control, and full P&L to EBITDA. • Interact with clients to set goals, develop action plans, and address needs and concerns. • Lead and supervise project management staff, handling hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, and training. • Oversee all project phases—procurement, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout—with focus on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. • Drive new business growth, maintain client relationships, and cross‑sell CBRE services within the assigned market. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and internal controls. • Manage contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout in a compliant manner. • Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, and implement mitigation and contingency plans. • Prepare accurate, timely, and complete reports for clients and internal stakeholders. • Participate in industry, civic, and professional organizations to maintain external relationships.

What You Bring

A comprehensive understanding of corporate governance policies and procedures is required, and the incumbent ensures adherence to these policies within the work group. The role demonstrates the ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement actions to reduce or eliminate risks for both client and company. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of progressive related experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Required competencies include expert analytical and quantitative skills, the ability to comprehend and interpret complex business documents, write reports and presentations, and motivate and negotiate with senior stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and the role may include SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Require a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of progressive experience, with supervisory experience preferred. • Demonstrate expert analytical, quantitative, and strategic problem‑solving abilities. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior audiences. • Skilled in negotiation, motivation, and influencing key stakeholders to drive desired actions. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; may handle SOX control responsibilities.
