About the Role
The Special Projects Group role is tasked with maintaining safety awareness, driving both top‑line and bottom‑line financial performance, and overseeing project assignments through closeout. It also involves strategic leadership of staff and ensuring projects are properly resourced. Recruiting field employees and managers and managing high‑level sales initiatives are key components of the position. • Promote a culture of safety across all project sites. • Achieve revenue targets while controlling project costs. • Direct project scheduling, execution, and closeout processes. • Lead and develop the Special Projects Group team. • Source and onboard skilled field personnel and managers. • Execute strategic sales campaigns to expand market share. • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor’s License. Required education includes a high school diploma or GED, while a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or finance is preferred. At least eight years of construction or account‑management experience, along with field operations background, are essential. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company‑specific software are required. The role demands strong communication, problem‑solving, and ethical decision‑making skills, as well as a servant‑leadership approach to managing staff.
