About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer, you will support engineering teams on innovative designs, share responsibility for client satisfaction, and collaborate closely with peers. Responsibilities include report writing, developing pre‑functional checklists, functional testing of low‑level systems, problem identification, field investigations, and active participation in the Engineering Development Training (EDT) program. • Write progress and other project reports. • Develop and manage pre‑functional checklists. • Perform functional testing of low‑level systems using provided test scripts. • Identify and resolve problems proactively. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments. • Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits. • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related activities. • Attend continuing education seminars on technical and professional topics.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates thrive in team settings, can work independently when needed, and are eager to learn. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026), internship experience (preferred), proficiency with MEP AutoCAD (REVIT a plus), and competence in design software and the MS Office Suite. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (expected Winter 2025–Summer 2026). • Previous engineering internship experience (preferred). • Knowledge of latest MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus. • Proficient with design/calculation software and MS Office Suite.
