About the Role
• Follow all safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment. • Obtain required information from customers for all transactions, complete purchasing and shipping documents, and conduct daily reconciliations. • Review documents to ensure regulatory and company requirements are met. • Coordinate shipments (rail and truck) and maintain safety records.

What You Bring
Safety is paramount at Nucor; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. The role requires flexible availability for off‑hours, weekends and holidays in an industrial environment, working outdoors in all weather conditions, with a schedule of Monday‑Friday and a half‑day Saturday shift as needed. Minimum qualifications include two years of cash handling and direct customer service experience in a fast‑paced setting, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), basic math, account reconciliation, computer and data‑entry skills, and effective verbal and written communication.
