About the Role
Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, defining learning objectives, and developing learner‑centric materials like storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities. You will use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, ensure content accessibility, upload courses to the LMS, monitor learner progress, and resolve technical issues. The role also requires conducting usability testing, incorporating feedback from SMEs and learners, staying current with industry trends, and evaluating the impact of training programs to recommend improvements. Compliance with external and internal regulations, as well as adherence to Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, are essential. • Design and develop e‑learning modules, instructor‑led training, videos, and job aids. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define objectives. • Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities using Articulate Storyline. • Ensure content accessibility, upload courses to the LMS, and monitor learner progress. • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine learning materials. • Evaluate training impact and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement. • Manage projects to meet deadlines while maintaining clear communication. • Demonstrate adherence to safety, integrity, and compliance standards.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
