About the Role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations of all F&B venues, ensuring health, safety, and sanitation standards while continuously improving service offerings and member satisfaction. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, and supervising front‑of‑house staff, leading pre‑event briefings, coordinating with the events team, and managing beverage inventories and cost controls.

What You Bring
The position requires the ability to remain calm under high‑volume conditions, work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, and meet physical demands such as standing, walking and lifting at least 50 lb repeatedly. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, at least five years of management experience in fine dining, a hospitality degree or equivalent, and possess active SNHD Health, TAM, and Sheriff’s cards. • Busser (direct report)
