About the Role
The specialist will grow sales by managing an existing service portfolio, acquiring new business, and selling repairs as needed. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries, building repair sales through networking, bids and tenders, and developing strategies to meet sales targets while ensuring profitability. The role also requires using Otis sales tools to track opportunities, forecast results, negotiate and close deals, and assist in creating new T packages, COM and safety‑awareness programs. • Maintain existing service portfolio while acquiring new business opportunities. • Drive repair sales through networking, bids, and tender participation. • Serve as primary contact to resolve customer inquiries promptly. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability. • Utilize Otis sales tools to track pipeline, forecast results, and manage opportunities. • Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection. • Contribute to creation of new T packages, COM initiatives, and safety awareness programs.
