About the Role
We are looking for a Community Association Manager to work roving and filling in as needed in the Austin market. Candidates must copy/paste the provided address and complete two brief assessments at the given link. • Advise clients on financial strategies and decisions • Assess clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions • Manage vendors through contracted services • Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the association(s) • Develop RFPs and scopes of work for projects • Support the Board of Directors with action items and to‑do lists • Attend and conduct Board of Director meetings • Deliver 5‑star customer service to the Board and residents • Advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions
