About the Role

The role focuses on creating, planning and delivering advanced technical service training for Terex Finlay’s worldwide dealer network and internal personnel within the Material Processing organisation. • Develop and update training presentations for Finlay, Magna, MDS and Prostack crushing, screening and conveying equipment. • Coordinate and deliver structured training schools onsite or abroad for dealer networks and internal staff. • Conduct practical troubleshooting exercises on maintenance, electrical and hydraulic systems. • Lead e‑learning sessions via the dedicated online training portal. • Review prototype machines to validate and finalize training material before product launch. • Identify, document and propose improvements on production machines to engineering. • Assist with product application requests using Aggflow and Microsoft Visio. • Support onsite machine installations and calibrations to ensure optimal performance. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting realistic timelines with available resources.

What You Bring

• Hold an engineering degree or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. • Travel extensively abroad as required.
