What You Bring

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and professional part‑time Concierges for a retail center in Scottsdale, AZ. The Concierge serves as the primary resource for guests, providing exceptional service, directing them to retailers, dining, lodging and attractions, and delivering an “above and beyond” experience. • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. • Use Microsoft Office, Google Docs and digital tools proficiently. • Work effectively with varied personalities and temperaments. • Stand for extended periods (unless medically exempt). • Possess at least 2 years of hospitality, customer service or high‑end retail experience.

Benefits

The position offers an estimated total compensation of $19 per hour (subject to change based on experience, location and market data) and a schedule of 20 hours per week with shifts from 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM or 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to stand for extended periods unless a medical accommodation is approved.
