About the Role

The Branch Manager, also called the Profit Center Manager, directs all aspects of a rental center, including sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics. This role is accountable for meeting financial targets, performance goals, and producing accurate operational and financial reports. What You Bring

Candidates should possess either a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental‑industry experience or three to four years of direct rental experience. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are also required. These qualifications prepare the manager to handle the varied responsibilities of the position. Key competencies include strong leadership and communication abilities, a solid grasp of profit‑and‑loss statements and other financial controls, and experience in outside sales, negotiation, or influencing. Familiarity with construction or industrial markets is advantageous, and the role demands high accountability, effective time management, and a willingness to learn all business aspects. The position involves physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, both indoors and outdoors.
