About the Role

The Warehouse Coordinator will supervise freight deliveries, schedule daily truck driver routes and manage warehouse products, including hoisting and rigging parts. They will maintain relationships with multiple vendors, oversee various fleet‑vehicle delivery platforms, and supervise the ARI local fleet of company vehicles. Additional duties include inventory storage and distribution, coordination with service operations managers, and assistance with invoice and parts ordering for the local branch. • Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver routes. • Manage warehouse inventory, focusing on hoisting and rigging parts. • Liaise with multiple vendors to maintain strong relationships. • Oversee various fleet‑vehicle delivery platforms and the ARI local vehicle fleet. • Coordinate inventory storage, distribution, and parts ordering for the branch. • Communicate with service operations, open order/repair, and service managers. • Assist with invoice management for the local branch. • Utilize prior warehouse or logistics experience to improve processes.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent and possess a valid forklift certification and driver’s licence.
