About the Role
The specialist will handle daily operations of the Oracle SPM Incentive Compensation system, monitoring performance and addressing any data inconsistencies or calculation issues. They will perform necessary configuration adjustments to compensation plans and oversee the loading and validation of transactional data, maintaining alignment with upstream CRM, ERP, and HR systems. Additionally, they will support the execution of commission cycles and generate relevant analytical reports and dashboards. Acting as the main point of contact, the role involves assisting business users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and delivering training resources to enhance system proficiency. Continuous improvement is a key focus, with responsibilities that include identifying efficiency gains and collaborating with IT and business partners on enhancements and new functionalities. • Deliver daily operational support for Oracle SPM Incentive Compensation, resolving system issues and calculation errors. • Configure and update compensation plans to reflect business changes. • Validate, load, and reconcile transactional data, ensuring consistency across CRM, ERP, and HR systems. • Manage monthly and quarterly commission runs, producing reports and dashboards for stakeholders. • Serve as the primary contact for end‑user queries, providing troubleshooting assistance and training documentation. • Identify and implement process and system optimizations in partnership with IT and business teams.

What You Bring
We are seeking a skilled Oracle SPM Incentive Compensation Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for our incentive compensation management processes. This role will ensure accurate calculation, reporting, and administration of sales compensation plans using Oracle SPM (SPM Commissions). The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and end‑user support within the Oracle SPM platform. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, or a related discipline, along with at least one year of experience supporting Oracle SPM Commissions or comparable incentive compensation solutions. Required technical abilities include Oracle SPM configuration, SQL querying, data analysis, and integration knowledge across CRM and ERP platforms. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, and experience with cloud environments, incentive compensation best practices, and Agile project methodologies is preferred. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance or a related field. • Possess at least one year of experience with Oracle SPM Commissions or similar incentive compensation platforms. • Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle SPM configuration, SQL, data analysis, and integration with CRM/ERP. • Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
