About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing the overall maintenance and preservation of the community. • Direct and oversee maintenance staff to ensure all community areas are maintained. • Monitor, support, and improve team performance through skill development. • Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed. • Perform hands‑on market‑ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance accurately and promptly. • Obtain bids, interact with contractors, and assess competitive pricing for supplies. • Collaborate with the Property Manager on community budget and maintenance expenditures.

What You Bring
• Minimum five years of apartment management and supervisory experience. • Strong leadership, team‑building, and ability to direct, motivate, train, and develop subordinates. • Experience in apartment maintenance. • Type II A/C Certification or Universal. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver’s license.
