• Operate equipment competently in challenging terrain • Perform servicing and maintenance as directed • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with documentation • Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental regulations • Team‑oriented, assist co‑workers and supervisors as needed • Provide valid I‑9 documentation

What You Bring
Candidates must be able to work independently in varying weather conditions, tolerate loud environments, and be prepared for overtime or extended hours as required. Strong communication skills, a self‑motivated attitude, and a commitment to adhering to OSHA, MSHA, and environmental regulations are essential. • 1-3 years experience operating heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, loader, skid steer) • Communicate effectively in the role • Prior experience with other heavy construction equipment • Self‑motivated, able to work independently • Willingness to work overtime and extended hours • Ability to work outdoors in all weather and tolerate loud noise • Pass pre‑employment drug screening
