About the Role
A Driver‑CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous waste removal services. The driver also ensures the vehicle meets the company's safety standards, adheres to all regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports. The driver conducts thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, operates the truck along assigned routes, lifts and loads refuse, compacts it, and disposes of the material at the designated facility. They interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for issues, clean accidental spills, and keep the vehicle clean and operational. Required paperwork such as route sheets, productivity logs, and vehicle condition reports are completed accurately. The driver follows all safety policies, participates in the ReSOP program, and performs other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
