The firm is seeking an experienced cost control leader to oversee and enhance cost management across a diverse portfolio of projects. The role ensures financial transparency, strong governance and strategic insight to support informed decision‑making. The leader will drive consistent cost‑control processes, champion digital transformation and provide senior‑level reporting. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and continuous improvement of reporting and cost‑modelling are also key responsibilities. • Proven experience leading cost control in large‑scale portfolios or infrastructure programs. • Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management. • Strong capability in contract management, risk reflection, and financial governance. • Proficiency with PPM systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms. • Ability to interpret complex cost data and deliver actionable insights. • Track record of driving process improvement, automation, and standardisation. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Experience coaching and developing team members to build commercial and technical capability.
