About the Role

The Senior Project Controls Analyst will oversee cost management for one or more complex capital projects, partnering with senior project managers, clients, and key stakeholders to develop and maintain strategic cost plans throughout the project lifecycle, from early design through closeout. This senior‑level role is responsible for ensuring accurate cost reporting and analysis, and for supporting long‑term project financial governance in collaboration with the project controls manager. Key responsibilities include establishing a comprehensive cost management framework, integrating third‑party cost inputs, and providing detailed analyses of cost risks and mitigation strategies. The analyst will also manage accruals and forecasting cycles, support quantitative risk assessments, and lead earned‑value management for manufacturing and construction programs, while overseeing invoice approvals and contributing to contract development processes. • Establish cost management program, tools, and processes for large‑scale capital projects. • Integrate third‑party plans and cost components into a unified cost plan. • Provide detailed cost‑risk analysis and mitigation recommendations to stakeholders. • Drive accruals and forecasting on monthly, bi‑weekly, or weekly cycles. • Support quantitative risk assessments and overall risk management planning. • Lead earned‑value management for complex manufacturing programs. • Review and approve subcontractor and third‑party invoices. • Assist in developing RFPs, RFQs, and negotiating project contracts. • Develop project cost estimates and lead value‑engineering initiatives. • Create and maintain cost‑management procedures for Cushman & Wakefield and clients.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field, and possess at least eight years of experience in cost management on capital projects across design and construction phases. Experience in a matrixed environment, advanced Excel skills, and a background in the construction industry are required, with life‑sciences experience considered a strong advantage. Excellent oral and written communication abilities are essential.

The position offers a salary range of $127,500 to $150,000, with compensation adjusted for location, experience, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
