About the Role
The Service Ambassador actively manages and coordinates the delivery of the “World’s Best Workplace” on office and cafeteria floors across all service lines. This role serves as the primary point of contact for people seeking information, service and assistance, works with teams to maintain cleanliness, safety and appearance, and helps professionals find the right‑sized meeting rooms. • Facilitate unassigned seating and ensure its long‑term effectiveness • Build a greater sense of community and stakeholder engagement • Own the space across all stakeholder groups • Make decisions, guide behaviour, pilot adjustments and escalate issues • Act as an owner of the space across all services provided • Maintain open dialogue with floor residents • Advocate for innovation and recommend workplace enhancements • Be empowered to make decisions, guide behaviour and escalate issues • Tailor tea‑point experiences to audiences as directed by the client • Monitor for tailgaters or suspicious activity • Conduct observational studies and issue surveys • Collect employee feedback • Issue monthly utilization, feedback and event summaries • Organise community events • Maintain a log of initiatives to boost collaboration and host informal talks, coffee breaks, lunch‑and‑learn sessions • Maintain up‑to‑date Floor Ambassador files in SharePoint • Build community purpose and plan inclusive events • Assist individuals in locating work stations • Proactively prepare visitors for the experience (seat, printing, headsets, etc.) • Brief new arrivals/leavers on Flex Work, distribute kits and assign lockers • Ensure on‑floor meetings and events are set up and run smoothly • Provide concierge‑style services beyond normal duties • Manage floor aesthetics and organization to prevent quality degradation • Address items left in communal spaces and tidy up promptly • Champion clean‑desk policy and work with stakeholders to enforce it • Remove overnight personal belongings not cleared by cleaning staff • Label items clearly and place them in lost and found • Maintain and regularly clean the floor’s lost‑and‑found bin • Reset desks and conference rooms to the correct configuration • Manage meeting‑room conflicts and promote proper etiquette • Organise floor filing and locker space for individuals and departments • Conduct morning floor checks • Audit floor cleanliness continuously and address issues immediately • Adjust cleaning schedules to resolve recurring problems • Manage whiteboards and bulletin boards to keep content current • Submit help‑desk tickets for identified issues and update signage • Perform regular punch‑list inspections to uncover new issues • Escalate repeat issues and work with help‑desk for long‑term solutions • Track all help‑desk tickets originating from floor residents • Manage outstanding tickets to ensure same‑day resolution • Verify functionality of floor TVs and way‑finding screens • Maintain inventories of resident kits, coffee mugs, keyboards and mice • Operate floor tech equipment and serve as a resource for immediate assistance • Observe health and safety guidelines, using signs and barriers as needed • Monitor temperature and report through proper channels • Control blind dressing procedures

What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or a hospitality diploma with strong communication skills and 1–2 years of relevant hospitality experience. The position is based on‑site in Bengaluru, KA, with a scheduled 48‑hour weekly work week.
