About the Role
The Field Associate (Event Ground Protection) safely performs general labor and provides functional support for heavy-access and event-flooring businesses. The role operates under the direction of a Yard Foreman, General Foreman, or Profit Center Manager, both in the yard and on-site. • Perform general labor and support heavy access and event flooring operations. • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment with a strong mechanical aptitude. • Utilize MS Office Suite for customer communication and basic math calculations. • Adhere to safety policies while performing physically demanding tasks (lifting ≥25 lb).

What You Bring
Candidates should have experience or training in mechanical equipment repair and demonstrate a solid mechanical aptitude. The position requires the ability to travel out of town, stay overnight, and work weekends when needed. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, and basic math capabilities are essential. A commitment to safety culture and adherence to company safety policies are also required. The job involves physical demands such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 lb or more, performed indoors or outdoors as the job dictates.
