About the Role
• Perform clerical tasks and operate basic office equipment • Handle incoming calls, provide information, forward calls, and take messages • File and maintain written records and create electronic copies • Receive, sort, and log all deliveries into a computer database • Prepare daily outbound deliveries • Prepare materials for design and construction meetings • Record and update meeting minutes for various site meetings • Procure consumable materials and office supplies • Support Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organization • Support Superintendent with entry of craft worker timecards • Provide general support for the project team with day‑to‑day tasks • Schedule, track, and log repairs and standard maintenance for work trucks • Provide maps and directions to visitors, subcontractors, deliveries, or new employees • Log all applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet

What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant who can interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, staying flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate has experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and can work independently or with minimal supervision. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not offered. Mortenson does not accept unsolicited agency communications without a valid agreement. • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred • Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably supporting many team members • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Email, Calendar, and PowerPoint • Strong working knowledge of basic office equipment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized

Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $51,000 minimum to $68,900 maximum, with higher ranges for certain locations (e.g., Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%; Seattle, WA and Portland, OR – 10%; Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
