About the Role
• Prepare and edit executive-level materials including presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting summaries • Provide ad hoc support on time-sensitive requests and strategic initiatives as needed • Serve as a strategic right hand to the COO and Senior Executives, managing complex calendars, global travel, and shifting priorities with discretion and precision • Track action items, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment • Coordinate client meetings, roadshows, board meetings, and senior-level internal forums • Anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment • Support and manage special projects related to operational initiatives, client deliverables, and firm-wide priorities • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, investors, and external clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness

What You Bring
The Executive Assistant will be deeply integrated into the day-to-day operations of senior leadership, working closely with internal teams and external clients. We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and several Senior Executives within a fast-paced, high-performance finance and private equity environment. This role is designed for a true right hand—someone who operates as a trusted business partner, anticipates executive needs, and contributes meaningfully to client-facing initiatives and strategic projects. • Polished communication skills and professional presence • High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity • Significant experience supporting senior executives within finance, private equity, investment management, or a similarly rigorous environment • Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail • Comfort interacting with investors, clients, and senior-level stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Demonstrated ability to function as a trusted partner and extension of executive leadership
