In this hands‑on role you will guide a dedicated team, set maintenance standards, and champion a culture of trust and accountability. You will anticipate operational needs, coordinate repairs, and manage resources to keep the property running smoothly. Clear communication with residents, staff, and other departments will be essential to maintaining high satisfaction. • Lead and inspire the service and maintenance team to deliver exceptional customer care. • Proactively plan and coordinate property operations, maintenance, and repairs. • Serve as primary communication liaison for residents, team members, and other departments. • Manage work orders, schedules, inventory, budgets, and maintain accurate records. • Uphold professional standards in maintenance and team development.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in service or maintenance, strong problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational talent and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are required, along with a valid driver’s license, proximity to the property, and at least three years of management experience in an apartment community. • Demonstrated leadership in service or maintenance, preferably large residential. • Strong problem‑solving and timely decision‑making abilities. • Excellent communication skills for team leadership and resident interaction. • Exceptional organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Valid driver’s license and residence within a 30‑minute commute. • Experience with P‑Tech HVAC, individual hot water tanks, and copper/PEX piping. • Minimum three years of apartment community management experience.
